We Are Just Numbers

Amrita D. Mitter is a social entrepreneur with a degree in law and a strong advocate for providing women with a secure and inclusive workspace. In her debut novel, she brings to life a world where women and men stand shoulder to shoulder, creating history by participating in every major transformation humanity has witnessed. Her interest in Vedic scriptures and ancient texts has always inspired her to blend fiction with Vedic themes.
As a mother of two daughters, Amrita draws upon her insights to depict the experiences women go through at various stages of life and how they overcome challenges, creating compelling narratives that keep readers engrossed. She lives with her husband, who has always encouraged her to write more about social evils — issues she believes can be eradicated by embracing spirituality in its true essence.
