During her walk that sometimes turns into sprints some epiphanies come to her as expected, due to the inevitability of circumstance and some that seemingly pop out of nowhere. This book is a collection of her selected poems.
She chronicles her changes in perspective through poetry while doing the walk of life with the proverbial dark cloud of mental illness tagging along. Her poems, as described by her, are just conversations had between her and her diary.
