Sushma Tripathi (M.A., B.Ed.) is a former Hindi educator who taught at Army Public School, Assembly of Angels, and Kendriya Vidyalaya (Army), Barrackpore, West Bengal. Widely admired for her engaging teaching style, she has been especially popular among students.

An accomplished translator, she translated Kaberi Chattopadhyay’s Peeping Through My Window into Hindi as Jagti Smritiyan. Her Hindi translation of Binayak Bandopadhyay’s novel Gas Chamber is currently in press. She has received several honors for her contributions to literature and education.
Beyond writing, she has a keen interest in painting, Lippan art, and dance, and regularly participates in cultural programs. She currently resides in Hitech City, Hyderabad, Telangana.
