Shawkat Osman, is a retired industrialist, has a passion for culinary art, swimming, adda-baji, and travelling. He wrote nine cookbooks (6 English & 3 Bengali), published in Bangladesh and India. Hosted and cooked in three TV cook shows, both in India & Bangladesh. He regularly contributes to Daily Star Lifestyle Magazine and his FB Home page. After finishing this book, he spends most of his time chatting on social media and struggling to reduce his weight. Due to his failing eyesight, this most probably is his last & final book.
